    "ASTROCHEMISTRY: THE CHEMICAL COSMOS"

    Dr June McCombie, University of Nottingham.


    This should be an excellent lecture that not only helps students see links to the spectroscopic topics withing A-Level, but also to see some of the instrumentation on the James Webb space telescope that is in the news at the moment.

    "CHEMICAL ENGINEERING OF CHOCOLATE"



    Professor Peter Fryer, University of Birmingham.

    This lecture will give you insight into the chemical engineering challenges associated with making a keeping good chocolate. Come to learn about the many crystal phases found in chocolate, and how the conditions during the making process affect the outcome.
